DFWHeavyMetal.com was created for local metal bands, by a local metal band. The site was built by and is maintained by Kirk, the guitarist of the Dallas Southern Metal band Proofed, with the intention of improving public interest in the local metal scene. The idea is to make it easier for bands and clubs to advertise themselves by having a single, easy to use, universal site. Due to my interest in improving the local scene, most of the services offered here are free. We will also offer paid services such as advertising, promotion, website development, photography, and graphics services.
